This home in Bavaria, designed by Wolf-Eckart lupsi, is an exceptional setting to enjoy the wonders of nature, near the lake Wörthersee. Grandi finestre e un'illuminazione intelligente permettono di avere sempre luce, sia di giorno che di notte; proprio di notte questa casa diventa una sorta di lampada che illumina un'intera parte delle sponde del lago. Non sono presenti grondaie: la copertura infatti è un “tetto freddo”, cioè a ventilazione posteriore, che in caso di pioggia si trasforma in una scenografica cascata naturale, visibile dalle finestre interne. Gli interni, dove l'utilizzo del legno come termoregolatore naturale, è massiccio sia per il pavimento che per gli arredi, sono lineari e moderni, con qualche nota di colore: le tappezzerie dei divani anni '70 in soggiorno, gli sgabelli Bombo di Stefano Giovannoni intorno al tavolo snack in cucina o la parete gialla della camera da letto. The interior, where the use of wood as a natural thermostat, is massive for both the floor and for the furnishings, are linear and modern, with some hint of color: upholstered sofas in the living room 70s, the Bombo stool Stefano Giovannoni around the snack table in the kitchen or the yellow wall of the bedroom.
